Kindness
Kindness is a word we use to describe behaving well towards others, considering their needs and wants when making our decisions. The opposite of kindness is being a "jerk", the worst term of censure in the Harris Westminster lexicon.
Kindness is often paired with scholarship to describe our purpose and idiom, the way we have conversations with each other, and emphasises that whilst we might challenge ideas or become empassioned in our debate we go out of our way to avoid causing hurt - and take positive steps to improve things for others.
